Who can register?
Required minimum age for participants:

- Run the Wall - 16 yrs
- 5K - 10 yrs
- Kids' Day - 5 yrs
- Runners under 18 require parental consent.
Registering for races
Du Motion - Runners' Days Dubrovnik is organized according to the regulation of the Croatian Athletics Association (HAS) and by the standards of the European Athletics.Registration for Du Motion races is done by filling the registration form on the Du Motion website (link). Registration is complete after payment of registration in full.

Entry fee is paid via credit cards (Mastercard, American Express, Visa, Diners) and PayPal. Payment providers are WSPay and PayPal. We do not come into contact with your credit card number in any way whatsoever.
Refund of the registration fee
We are not able to refund registration fees. We can defer your registration to next year.
Runners can pick up their packages at Du Motion Expo in Lazareti. Content of the package depends on the race and type of package (basic or VIP).
Can anyone pick up a race package for me?
You can authorize another person to pick up your race package for you by e-mailing us and providing a copy of your identity card.

Start and finish of all races is on Stradun. Only runners wearing official start numbers are allowed to enter the starting line up.
Notice for half marathon and 5K runners: There are different corrals for all runners. Please go to your assigned start corral before 9:10am. Please follow the instructions of our coordinators and volunteers in order to ensure a smooth starting procedure.
You can bring your clothes in the official goodie bag to the wardrobe at Sponza 1st floor (see the map) from 7 to 8:30am. Our volunteers will stick your number on the bag. Please store your bag within the specified time frame to avoid being late for the race start. After the race, you can pick up your clothing bag until 1pm.
Lost and found
All items found will be brought to the wardrobe in Sponza.
Lavatories in the start-finish area
There are no showers on Stradun start-finish area. Lavatories can be found in Luza in the wardrobe area and in the public toilet near the start-finish area (see the map)
How to get to the start-finish area?
By public transportation
From Gruž and ferry port: Take a bus no 1A , 1B and 3. Get off the last stop in Pile. Walk through the Pile Gate to Stradun. From Lapad and Babin Kuk: Take the bus line no 2 , 4 or 6. Get off the last stop in Pile. Walk through the Pile Gate to Stradun. From Boninovo: Take the bus line no 1, 4, or 6. Get off the last stop in Pile. Walk through the Pile Gate to Stradun. We do not recommend coming by car. The Old Town is car free zone and it may be difficult to find a parking spot near Old Town.If you still decide to come by car, keep in mind that some roads will be closed on Sunday 25/04/2021 and that special traffic regulation will apply.
Water and aid for competitors will be provided at 10 stations placed along the race tracks and at the finish line. On water stations you can get water, isotonic drinks and fruits. On one you can also get a beer. ;)
We offer pacemakers for the following finish times: 1:40, 1:50, 2:00. They can be identified by a balloon with the finish time written on it.
During half marathon and 5K races city streets will be completely closed for traffic.
Lavatories along the course
You will find two toilets at 6th and 13th km.
If you need medical aid, we recommend to run or walk to the nearest water station. There you’ll find Red Cross volunteers. You can also ask for assistance from the volunteers on bikes. The medical tent is located on Stradun in the start-finish area. (see the map).
If a competitor quits due to his/her injury or in case competitor is not able to proceed to the next water/aid station or to the finish line, s/he is obliged to contact the Organizer.
All the competitors are kindly asked that, in the above mentioned case of quitting the race, or in the case of witnessing injury or injuries of other competitors, they immediately contact the Organizer.
Photos from all the races will be available on Du Motion Facebook page shortly after the event. Since we usually take thousands of photos (literally), it might take a few days to publish them all.

Race numbers / timing chips
Each competitor will be given race number and a timing chip. All the competitors have to wear their race numbers and timing chip during the entire race. Race number has to be clearly visible, placed either on competitor’s chest or belly and cannot be covered by a backpack or any clothing item. It is not possible to transfer your race number to any other person. It is not allowed to change the race number in any way. Please attach the chip to your running shoe. Instructions on how to secure the chip are located at the back of your race number. We can only track your time when you cross the mats lying at the start, along the course and at the finish. Persons who do not have these times will be disqualified.

it is not possible to transfer your race number to another person since it is person-related.

Official award ceremony starts at main stage on Stradun around 10:30am for 5K and 11:30am for half marathon. Only absolute winners in men and women categories are announced.
COVID-19 participation requirements
One of the following conditions must be met for participation in Du Motion - Runners' days Dubrovnik: possession of a valid EU Digital COVID certificate (not older than 270 days), negative PCR test or rapid antigen test (not older than 72 hours), Certificate of recovery (not older than 270 days) or Vaccination certificate (for third countries) showing a person has received either two doses of vaccine used in EU Member States not older than 270 days, provided that 14 days have passed since they received the second dose, or one dose of the vaccine if the vaccine is administered in a single dose, not older than 270 days, provided that 14 days have passed since they received the single dose.Everyone over the age of 14 must have a test certificate.

Organizer is not accountable for the damages, injuries or accidents that may occur during the race. Runners are participating at their own risk. By applying for and participating at Event, all the participating competitors agree to grant consent that any and all the photographed and/or filmed material can be published, used and emitted publicly and otherwise used for the purpose of Event’s promotion.

Your Runners pass is valid April 28 - May 03 2022.
